Bicycle.LLC

Mike West, and the software he builds.

I built the people analytics functions at Google, Merck and PetSmart, wrote People Analytics For Dummies, and have consulted for twelve years to companies like The New York Times, Pfizer and Atlassian. My working bet is that the science of measuring people makes AI better: an AI that judges people is a rater, and we have a century of method for telling a reliable rater from a noisy one.

Bicycle.LLC is the company I build through. Below are 23 products I designed and shipped: people analytics, pay, a reference for every job, books turned into data, and a few things that have nothing to do with work. I take on a few client builds and consulting engagements.

I write for people analytics professionals at peopleanalyst.com. The guides, one per job, are at bicycle.guide.
