Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

weForms

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in weForms.

Connect Your weForms

Select the weForms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Google Sheet as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Google Sheet

Select an Action Event:

• Add Row When “Form Submission” occurs in weForms, use the submitted data to run “Add Row” in Google Sheet.
• Append or Update Row (by value) When “Form Submission” occurs in weForms, use the submitted data to run “Append or Update Row (by value)” in Google Sheet.

Description:

This action sends data from weForms to Google Sheet and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map weForms Data with Google Sheet Inputs

Map the available data from weForms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Google Sheet action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Google Sheet actions:

• Confirm that Add Row completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Sheet.
• Confirm that Append or Update Row (by value) completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Sheet.

Then activate your workflow.
