Peter Bindslev delte detteI am very excited and proud to announce the launch of my very first app, InTomorrow! 🙌 It has been an amazing journey that I have been lucky to share with Helene Rusti who has done a remarkable job designing and shaping the app. The idea behind the app is to provide a weekly group attendance overview, where you can easily see who's attending weekly activities such as office, sports etc. The app can even notify you the day before allowing you to respond directly in the notification! If it sounds interesting to you, it would be awesome if you could give it a try. There's already a bunch of cool things in the pipeline, but any feedback is greatly appreciated. 🙏 The app is available for free on iOS and Android: Android: https://lnkd.in/dbvBvvEC iOS: https://lnkd.in/drFFEdsD If you have any questions, please ping me and I'll be happy to sort things out! Cheers!

Peter Bindslev videredelte dettePeter Bindslev videredelte detteLast week, we had the pleasure of hosting Danske Bank for a two-day AI hackathon at the Microsoft Technology Center in Lyngby. The event was attended by a group of talented developers and architects from Danske Bank. The goal of the hackathon was to explore the possibilities of AI in the Financial Services Industry and work on some real-world scenarios. The teams worked hard, had fun, and came up with some amazing prototypes. Personally, I was impressed by the creativity and enthusiasm of the participants, as well as their ability to learn new technologies and apply them to business problems. It was exciting to see how fast they could move from idea to early prototype using Microsoft Azure OpenAI. AI is transforming the Financial Services Industry, and I am glad to be part of this journey with Danske Bank and Microsoft. Together, we can empower every organization to achieve more with AI. #DanskeBank #AzureOpenAI #AI #FinancialServicesIndustry

Peter Bindslev syntes godt om dettePeter Bindslev syntes godt om detteThis is wild 🦁 Here you see a proud moment where we celebrate the incredible women of our GenAI Innovation & Foundation team at Danske Bank 🔥 Today, I want to recognise not just the individuals, but the collective force they represent. Their expertise, curiosity, and determination are shaping how we build, deploy, and scale AI responsibly. This also connects deeply with the Connected Women in AI “100 Women in AI” initiative. Because the future of AI cannot, and should not, be built by a narrow group. Diversity in AI must not be degraded to a “nice to have”. It is essential if we want systems that are fair, relevant, and impactful. 🫰Access matters. Who gets to participate, learn, and lead in AI will define its trajectory. ✅Inclusion matters. Without it, we risk reinforcing biases instead of reducing them. And without it, access doesn’t matter. Sitting by the table and having a voice at the table are not the same thing. Inclusion is the difference. 💪Impact matters. The solutions we design don’t just power technology - they shape realities. They influence people, businesses, and society at scale. And if we are not actively part of designing that future, we risk becoming builders in a world designed around someone else’s assumptions. Having women at the forefront of AI ensures we design systems that reflect our needs, perspectives, and lived experiences. Not as an afterthought, but by design. What I see in this team is what real progress looks like. Different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences coming together, fully clocked in and pushing boundaries every day. To all the women in GenAI Innovation & Foundation, who represent more than 40% of the full team: thank you for your leadership, your courage to challenge, and your commitment to building better AI. And for inspiring me and everyone around you every day - your fierceness is incomparable 🔥 To the broader community: let’s keep opening doors, amplifying voices, and ensuring that AI is shaped by many, for many 🎯💃🏻 #Remember2Roar

Peter Bindslev reagerede på dettePeter Bindslev reagerede på dette📍🇨🇳Last week, I was in China for an inspiring work trip. During my time there, I had the opportunity to present key project updates, new technologies and take part in valuable knowledge sharing and training sessions. What stood out the most, though, was meeting colleagues in person after working together across time zones for so long. 🌎We’ve collaborated effectively with only a small window of overlap each day—but nothing quite compares to face-to-face interaction. Being in the same room allowed us to exchange ideas more openly, deepen our understanding of each other’s perspectives, and build stronger foundations for how we move forward together. Beyond the work itself, experiencing the local culture, the city, and (of course) the food made the trip even more memorable. 🙏Grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together. Looking forward to what we’ll achieve next 🚀

Peter Bindslev reagerede på dettePeter Bindslev reagerede på detteToday was a little outside the ordinary — in the best way. We had our CX & Design Community Day at the Danske Bank, and for the first time, I found myself on the agenda and on stage 🎤 Yes… first time presenting in front of this crowd, and definitely a moment I won’t forget. My talk was about a reality many designers know all too well: 👉 when we don’t get the space for a full design process (hello, Double Diamond 💎 ). I spoke about what happens when: • there isn’t time for user testing or user involvement • UX designers are brought in very late in the project • delivery pressure quietly replaces discovery And most importantly, how critical it is that we actually talk about the cost of this. Not just in terms of quality or usability — but in risk, rework, missed insights, and long-term value. Designing with the lack of important steps in our design process is never “free.” Someone always pays the price — users, teams, or the business. I’m grateful for the engagement, the discussions afterward, and for a community that dares to reflect on how we work — not just what we deliver. Stepping outside my comfort zone today reminded me why these conversations matter. And why designers (and non-designers) need to keep having them. 💬✨

Peter Bindslev syntes godt om dettePeter Bindslev syntes godt om dette#3years of GPT and the #3rdGenerativeAIEurope - Agentic AI conference. What a journey✨ On 4-5 December 2025 in #Barcelona I had the pleasure of #presenting: 🎤 “Agentic AI in Practice: Moving Up the Value Chain with Secure and Trustworthy Architectures”. I shared concrete use cases from Finance, Pharma, Entertainment & Retail & how to govern your #fleetofAIAssets 💭 #Reflection Last year in 2024, when I presented here, the idea of agents was still new. I showed a multi-agent demo at a time when almost nothing was in production. One year later, on #AzureAI Foundry we already see #1Million Agents running in real environments. 📈 That is why, for me, #2025 is the #YearofAgents. 🌟 It was also great to meet my amazing #Microsoft colleague Pooja Bhatia in person & attending her awesome session 💙! 🙏 A special thank you to Armand Angeli, Chairperson of the conference, for leading such sharp and practical discussions ! 🙌 And big thanks to Ivan Dynov for inviting me, and to the fantastic IQPC team Nadja Konersmann, Vlad Neacșu and Irina Gaspar-Huthoff for making it all happen ! 👇🔗 Conference link below: #AgenticAI #GenerativeAI #AzureAI #AIArchitecture #Finance #Pharma #Retail #Entertainment #Barcelona

I conducted solid research on GitHub Copilot App Modernization Agent and how it can move legacy applications from .NET Framework to .NET 10+ in hours instead of weeks. At the time, it wasn’t implemented. Why? Is AI really capable of guiding us in decisions like this, or is it simply a tool? The priority was clear: we needed to make sure the business logic was working exactly as expected before changing anything at the runtime or framework level. In other words, behavior first — modernization later. After some time, we revisited the topic. We did perform the upgrade, benefited from the research outcomes, but the final decision — from both the client and project perspective — was not to fully replace the solution. Why? Was it because we still don’t fully trust that AI can replace us 100%, so we postponed that step? Once the final results were clear, our role shifted to thinking rationally. Let’s call this an important lesson for any architect or tech lead: Not every research effort needs to turn immediately into implementation Not every upgrade means replacement Sometimes the best technical decision is to avoid moving faster than the business The Copilot Modernization Agent is a very powerful tool: Clear assessments Reviewable plans Execution through small, incremental commits But in the end… Technology serves the decision — not the other way around. If you’re working with legacy .NET systems, the real question isn’t: "When can we upgrade?" It’s: "Is this the right time and the right goal to do it?" #DotNet #SoftwareArchitecture #TechLeadership #GitHubCopilot #LegacySystems

Build and release configuration as code has become the de facto approach for most continuous build and release solutions today. Most commonly, this is done through a custom task-based, debug-resistant domain-specific language using YAML or JSON files. But what if, instead of using a markup language, you could use a proper programming language with well-defined and documented control structures, flow statements like for, while, and do, and the full expressive power of C#? In this session, we will go step-by-step through how you can orchestrate your GitHub Actions build and release pipelines using C#, powered by the Cake SDK and the latest features of .NET 10. You will see how to test and debug your pipeline locally without the slow push-and-wait cycle for CI to fail or succeed. Using standard developer tools like VS Code, you can reuse the language skills your team already has, reducing friction and unnecessary context switching. https://lnkd.in/eRcSjrTm

A Fabric platform with 15 source systems does not need 15 different ingestion solutions. It needs one ingestion architecture that 15 sources plug into. The instinct is to start building pipelines. One source. One pipeline. Then another. And another. By the time you reach source number 15, you have a platform full of pipelines that may all work, but nobody can explain why they were designed differently. I classify the sources first. Does it support incremental extraction? Does it have CDC? What happens when records are deleted? Does Fabric already provide a native capability that removes the need to build anything? What are the source system constraints? How frequently does the business actually need the data? Once those are answered, the 15 sources usually fall into a much smaller number of ingestion patterns. Some need no custom ingestion at all. Some share the same reusable pattern. Others genuinely require source-specific handling. I don't want a framework so generic that nobody understands it. I also don't want every new source to become another bespoke engineering project. The line I aim for is this. 15 sources usually need four or five ways of getting data out, and exactly one way of being run. Extraction can vary. Scheduling, failure handling, validation, monitoring and ownership should not. Then the question I always come back to. What happens when source number 16 arrives? If adding it means redesigning the ingestion framework, the architecture was too tightly coupled to the original 15. If it means classifying the source, applying an existing pattern or deliberately introducing a new one, the platform is in a much healthier position. That is the difference between a collection of pipelines and an ingestion architecture. I've written up the full approach, including how I classify sources, where standardisation makes sense, and designing for the sixteenth source before the fifteenth has gone live.
