How it works

Set it up once, then let the rows flow

Setup

Connect once, with your own Google project

PushRow talks to Google’s APIs straight from your site, through an OAuth client you create in Google Cloud. Your rows never pass through anyone else’s server.

  • Enable the Google Sheets and Google Drive APIs
  • Paste your Client ID and Client Secret, then sign in with Google
  • Two scopes only: spreadsheets, and read-only Drive file details
Your WordPress site connects straight to the Google Sheets API with your own OAuth client and two scopes

Mapping

Choose the columns, or let PushRow match them

Pick the fields you want in the sheet. When a tab already has headers, PushRow matches them to fields for you, and a unique key stops re-runs from adding duplicate rows.

  • Matches by exact name, close spelling and common aliases
  • Create only, update only, or create and update
  • Test runs write 10 rows so you can check the result first

Automation · Pro

Real time when it matters, on a schedule for the rest

Send a row the moment an order, post or user changes, or run jobs on a timer. Every run is logged, so you can see what synced and what failed.

  • Triggers for created, updated, deleted and status changes
  • Schedules from every 5 minutes to once a week
  • Uses Action Scheduler when available, WP-Cron otherwise
