TUI dont start on Windows #86
Description
After 0.2.10 something broke and TUI don't start anymore.
agentty create .agentty folder with two dirs: credintials and logs and exit:
C:\Portable\bin>set AGENTTY_LOG=trace
C:\Portable\bin>agentty.exe
agentty: sandbox: unavailable, running unsandboxed (no backend on this platform)

Fixed on master: a build from HEAD starts the TUI on Windows again (verified); ships in the next release after v0.9.19.
