没弄清为什么这里会出现 NullRef，所以只是套了个 catch，经测试 Bug 不再复现。可能需要更好的修复方法。
推测是这部分代码造成的报错。那部分代码应该没有实际作用，直接移除了。未测试 Bug 是否修复。
这里我没有进行过度修改，只是做了错误修复。
这里推测是 WeatherColor 没有在天气变化后重置所导致问题。需要进一步测试。
这里的逻辑写的比较烧脑，以后需要解耦重构。
我在这里进行了 #465 的修改，改为
「设定课程时间与实际时间的偏移值。增大偏移以抵消铃声提前，减小偏移以抵消铃声滞后。」
相较于建议的「设定课程时间与实际时间的偏移值，正值为提前，负值为推迟。」，
我不确定哪个更合适，可能需要进行商榷。
