Other information

I'd like to propose upping/pinning the openblas version in common/packages.yaml to 0.3.32 (or the latest) and also adding CMake as the build:

    openblas:
      require:
      - '@0.3.32'
      prefer:
      - build_system=cmake

I've found this works best on the mac.

Now, if preferred, I can keep the "build with CMake" as macOS only if desired.
