Updates the
3rdpartysubmodule to LibreSign/3rdparty#102, which updatesjsignpdf/jsignpdf-phpfrom v3.0.0 to v3.2.0.The selected release contains the JSignPdf changes required by #8411, including JSignPdf/jsignpdf-php#62 and #63.
