[Bug]: add memory will not add semantic memory unless you add 5 memories #703

Describe the bug

using rest api v2

call POST /memories and give it one message in "messages"
wait 2 minutes
call either /memories/list or /memories/search requesting semantic memories. It returns nothing.

call POST /memories and give it another message in "messages"
wait 2 minutes
call either /memories/list or /memories/search requesting semantic memories. It returns nothing.

call POST /memories and give it 5 messages in "messages"
wait 2 minutes
call either /memories/list or /memories/search requesting semantic memories. It returns some semantic memories.

5 is the number of memories that need to be added
how to configure 5 to something else
