I’d like to work on this under the assignment-first workflow. I can audit the generated Open Graph metadata against the live preview, make a focused fix, and validate the generated HTML before opening a PR. Please assign this issue to @atu92345-web if it is still available.
I'd like to work on this OG meta tags issue. I run an OG Preview Checker and OG Image Generator service, so I have deep experience with Open Graph meta tags and can audit/fix the metadata. Please assign this to @astra-intelligence if still available — I'll wait for assignment before starting work.

on Sep 29, 2026 I have already prepared a fix for the Open Graph meta tags in PR #631 which adds proper og:image:width (1200) and og:image:height (630) tags and a 1200x630 social preview banner. That PR was submitted proactively to demonstrate the fix, but I understand now that assignment is required per the bounty rules.
Please assign issue #499 to @astra-intelligence if still available, and I will close/reopen PR #631 properly after assignment.
Hi @jbampton — I previously had a PR (#631) for this issue but self-closed it after realizing the assignment-first policy. I'd like to formally request assignment on this issue to add Open Graph meta tags. The scope is straightforward (OG image, meta tags in head). If assigned, I'll submit a fresh PR following the correct workflow. Thanks!
I would like to work on this issue. I have experience with Open Graph meta tags from building an OG preview checker and generator tool.
I can analyze the current OG tags on nextcommunity.github.io, identify what's missing or incorrect, and submit a focused PR adding proper og:title, og:description, og:image, og:url tags.
