- Convert collection, string, and dynamic-array compiler operations from synthesized methods to registry-owned free functions.
- Mutate dynamic-array owners through

- Share indexed semantic operation discovery between dot and pipe completion.
- Preserve compiler-call evidence from typechecking through HIR.
- Fix borrowed-owner slice carrier loading and malformed
alloc diagnostics and ownership traversal.
- Add positive and negative source fixtures plus 32-bit and 64-bit backend regressions.
