ExecutionPolicy is not a thing on Linux.

Execution-Policy isn't a thing on WIndows either, until PowerShell came along. The question is, does it make sense to implement ExecutionPolicy on Linux, or just let all scripts run unrestricted?

In my opinion, if a user installed PowerShell the interpreter on Linux, they would expect to be able to use it to run scripts, so an ExecutionPolicy preventing it would not make a lot of sense.

John W. Fawcett (@FawcettJohnW) do you think we should implement a "system policy" of some sort to disable PowerShell script execution?

If you believe in the concept of signing files (scripts, dll’s, etc.), then it seems to make sense to implement some sort of restrictions.
