Linux should use less as pager, and respect $PAGER #703
Man allows you to do a Q for quit and then the help goes away and you see the screen as it was before you showed the help. Our help is in-line and persists after it is done. We should fit in better by doing what they do.
We should consider doing the same thing for Windows.
This raised the issue that we need a way to specify the pager being used by PowerShell so that the user can change between less, more, and the PS more function.

my pager doesn't clear the screen :) - not so sure about this one - I appreciate seeing the help left on the screen.
