Rather than commenting this out, you probably want to do an #if !PORTABLE guard, and add that as a define to your build.

I'm definitely very new to PackageManagement etc., but I'm trying to use this to install a module provided as a NuGet package, specifically Invoke-Build.

I probably just did something wrong, but I thought I registered the package source. I couldn't set it, and couldn't use it. Raghu Shantha (@raghushantha) how do you do this?

Hi Andy Jordan (@andschwa), currently you cannot register package source with NuGet provider on Linux yet because we have not mapped the windows location where we store our package source over. Currently, you can directly use it to find packages on nuget.org or powershellgallery.com with "Find-Package -provider nuget -source https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/" or "find-package -provider nuget -source https://www.powershellgallery.com/api/v2/"

Raghu Shantha (@raghushantha) If it were working, it would be (it's currently stuck because they're having capacity issues). Quoc Truong (@quoctruong) should push his branch to the PowerShell/PowerShell repository.

Thanks Andy Jordan (@andschwa). Looks like CI is good now.

Merging in 3.2.1... (since Quoc Truong (@quoctruong) is OOF today)
