See commits.

- Bumps NETStandard.Library to 1.5.0-rc3, fixes #663.
- Remove reference to Unsupported.Platform.API, fixes #639.
Since 'rc3' is 'vnext', not just closer to the actual release.
The .NET Core xUnit runner is incompatible with build 23921. We have to
disable running the tests until dotnet/cli#1975 is resolved.
Resolves #718.

The 1.0.0 builds are no longer in the "beta" channel.

Update version to 1888.

sergei (@vors) This fixes AppVeyor.

George Fleming (@palladia) Please test if this fixed TreatControlCAsInput.

Jumping Yang (@JumpingYang001) This disabled xUnit tests (and break ./xunit.sh) until CLI team resolves an issue.

This is super strange, but commit 78defa7 breaks tab completion of System.Console types. That is [System.Console]::<tab> doesn't iterate through the types, which makes me think the catalog (or generator) is bad.

Ctrl-C fix seems to work.

Ah ha! The TypeCatalogGen tool fails to catalog types that are forwarded to mscorlib.dll, which is the cause of the types no longer tab-completing.

I don't think this is a blocker to merge.

Checked PSReadline on Windows, and it supports Ctrl-Left/Right Arrow and Control-Home and Control-End.
