Use smartbit every time a blockexplorer is linked #1

Description

@nopara73

Smartbit is built on top of NBitcoin, so the terminology it will be the most similar to the block terminology.

Currently in the book blockchain.info is used, except for testnet. For testnet blockr.io is used. (Not sure if smartbit can do testnet.)

    @nopara73 great idea!

    Smartbit certainly has testnet, but we're not good at making things obvious :)

    https://sandbox.smartbit.com.au
    also have segnet
    https://segnet.smartbit.com.au

    However, we'll be porting a more easy to remember domain for non au soon.

    Probably
    https://btc.smartbit.io
    or
    https://bitcoin.smartbit.io
    or
    https://www.smartbit.io/btc

    and similar for testnet. Would appreciate any feedback you have on this?

    I have been keep using smartbit myself since I opened this issue, it is undoubtedly better, than bcinfo or blockr.
    Now there is no doubt in my mind it has to be the default in the book. The terminology is indeed very similar.
    Furthermore, reproduces NBitcoin's bugs, (improvements, or conventions not like others), for example this one:
    https://blockchain.info/address/1A1zP1eP5QGefi2DMPTfTL5SLmv7DivfNa
    https://www.smartbit.com.au/address/1A1zP1eP5QGefi2DMPTfTL5SLmv7DivfNa

    Regarding the url, btc.smartbit.io would be my choice, it feels like the most ergonomic.

    SmartBit is still great, but it cannot do bech32 yet. I've been using chainflyer when it comes to bech32.

    Also the SmartBit testnet link is now: https://testnet.smartbit.com.au/

    it is strange they can't do bech32 since they rely on NBitcoin.
