LiveShare functionality not working #1218

See #1208 (comment).

I tried live share, but it does not seem to work as usual as I cannot make guest attach to a new session and have shared plot and View, help tabs. It does not work with the current release either. Not sure if I'm missing something?

@ElianHugh refers to https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/live-share/issues/2896#issuecomment-1271041203 and it looks like it is related to the whitelisting after the change of extension publishid done in #1093.
