segfault in parallel gforce #3204

Description

@jangorecki

As discussed on slack, there is some segfault in gforce using latest master.
Just found another example, this one was already spotted by CI test-rel-win, unlike the previous one. I was able to reproduce it on linux.

dcast(DT, time ~ variable, fun=mean)

require(data.table)
names(ChickWeight) <- tolower(names(ChickWeight))
DT <- melt(as.data.table(ChickWeight), id=2:4) # calls melt.data.table

# dcast is a S3 method in data.table from v1.9.6
dcast(DT, time ~ variable, fun=mean)
Traceback:
 1: gforce(thisEnv, jsub, o__, f__, len__, irows)
 2: `[.data.table`(dat, , eval(fun.call), by = c(varnames))
 3: gforce(thisEnv, jsub, o__, f__, len__, irows)
 4: dcast.data.table(DT, time ~ variable, fun = mean)

    Reproduced. Thanks. It needed getDTthreads() to be 20. Well, more than 8 anyway.
