Replace nicoulaj checksum plugin with maveniverse checksum plugin - #599

What changed: - Replaced net.nicoulaj.maven.plugins:checksum-maven-plugin with eu.maveniverse.maven.plugins:checksum-plugin3 in pluginManagement. - Removed the old nicoulaj plugin entry and updated the managed version property. - Updated the source-release checksum execution to use the maveniverse plugin configuration, including the SHA-512 algorithm and source-release classifier handling. Why: - The nicoulaj checksum plugin is no longer actively maintained. - The maveniverse plugin provides a maintained alternative that keeps the Apache source-release checksum workflow working as expected. # Conflicts: # pom.xml
