The integration fixture used a v1
c2pa.openedaction without an ingredient, which conflicts with the currentc2pa-rsvalidation and generated edit intent. Update it to a v2c2pa.editedaction so the fixture matches the signing intent; parent-ingredient tests can still generate their ownopenedaction.Validation:
