Timur Tukaev (@tym83) +1 for Marian Koreniuk (@themoriarti) as Reviewer for the Proxmox integration. Please drop the "Generated with Claude Code" line from the body before merge. The body becomes the merge commit message here, so that line would land in main.

Obtain two owning-team Approver approvals before merging.
CONTRIBUTOR_LADDER.md requires at least two existing Approvers from the owning team to approve a Reviewer nomination PR. PR #4439 has no recorded reviews for the reviewed head, so merging this change now would violate the mandatory pre-merge condition.

…ntegration Marian has driven the Proxmox integration since the first Proxmox bundle and is now landing the Cluster API infrastructure provider, CCM and CSI. Giving him code-owner approval on those packages lets Proxmox changes be reviewed by the person who knows them best, without granting approval rights over the rest of the tree. What this PR does
Nominates Marian Koreniuk (@themoriarti) (Marian Koreniuk) as a Reviewer for the Proxmox integration, following the process in CONTRIBUTOR_LADDER.md:
.github/CODEOWNERS: adds Marian Koreniuk (@themoriarti) as a code owner ofpackages/system/capi-providers-infraprovider-proxmox/andpackages/system/proxmox-*/(Proxmox CCM and CSI). Each rule keeps the full/packages/system/owner set, so no existing owner loses coverage, and the catch-all invariant (hack/codeowners-invariant.bats) holds.MAINTAINERS.md: adds him to the Reviewers table. The scope is deliberately narrow: shared code such as
packages/apps/kubernetes*,api/appsand the generic in-cluster IPAM provider stays with the existing owners. Why
Marian has maintained the Proxmox integration since the first Proxmox bundle and is now landing the Cluster API infrastructure provider, CCM and CSI (#4087, #4088, #4089). Against the Reviewer requirements:
Sponsors: Andrei Kvapil (@kvaps) (Ænix) and Kingdon Barrett (@kingdonb) (Urmanac), which satisfies the "at least one sponsor from a different employer" requirement.
