[TrimmableTypeMap] Run existing tests with trimmable type map #11017

The trimmable type map (_AndroidTypeMapImplementation=trimmable) is intended to become the default (and eventually only) type map for CoreCLR and NativeAOT. The llvm-ir typemap will live on only as long as MonoVM is supported.

This issue tracks the work needed to integrate existing tests with the trimmable path before flipping the default.
