Please remove the unrelated changes to row.rs and test_all_types.rs.
Also, please don't cargo update. Edit Cargo.toml -> cargo build -> commit.

Undoes the temporary 'Downgrade arrow to 57 for spiceai compatibility' (835faee) now that the spiceai workspace is on arrow 58. The upstream arrow-58 support (bb3086a, duckdb#702) is already in history; arrow 57<->58 needed no code changes for duckdb-rs, so this is just the version bump.

I was upgrading my stack to arrow v58 and found that this PR was much lighter than expected. If this isn't helpful please close, thought I'd open just in case 🙇🏼
