   I couldn't reproduce this locally, and I can't find links to logs on LUCI where this flaked, so I will re-enable and re-investigate if it still flakes.

    This test still seems to be failing on LUCI:

    For context the failure looks like this:

    Error: TypeError: Failed to fetch dynamically imported module: https://www.gstatic.com/flutter-canvaskit/00c19a28ef736daf4ab15e9a8ea76295f99eb896/chromium/canvaskit.js
    

    Moving the test back to being skipped until a fix can be found.
