I am suspecting it is probably showing number for some other control, need to look into it
3 remaining items

This appears to have the same underlying cause as #158477. For the password field, we generate an iOS accessibility element with the text "X characters remaining". However, we don't provide enough information on this element for iOS to determine whether it can be interacted by the user. Thus, iOS defaults to assuming it is interactable, resulting in the number to show up in Voice Control. I suspect the fix to #158477 will also fix this bug as well.
Fix extra numbers showing up when enabling VoiceControl (#163593)
