Windows_arm64 plugin_test_windows is 2.11% flaky #163122
The post-submit test builder Windows_arm64 plugin_test_windows had a flaky ratio 2.11% for the past (up to) 100 commits, which is above our 2.00% threshold.
@ergosarapu Unfortunately I only reduced the timeout as I was the gardener at that time, the Windows Defender identification was done by someone else.
The test in question has been labeled as flaky, so it should no longer close the tree. I'll unassign myself as I don't have the time to investigate Windows Arm64 issue currently.
The root cause of why flutter test command times out, stays unclear.
Since it is not happening in staging, my suggestion is to remove bringup. If the timeout occurs again, someone with access to the bot could debug what is happening inside the bot.

Thanks @ergosarapu! This is no longer on bringup, so I am going to close this issue and let the bot file a new one with details to investigate if it recurs. Thank you!

@loic-sharma Can you please check if this is caused by the Windows Defender issue mentioned in #145110?
Marks Windows_arm64 plugin_test_windows to be flaky (#163123)

@keyonghan Is this something that you can help with? I noticed you were reviewer in an earlier issue.

Hey @ergosarapu keyonghan likely won't be working on this. They are on another team now.
