Run the https://github.com/flutter/flutter/tree/master/dev/a11y_assessments and navigate to snackbar page click the
show snackbar with actionbuttonthe snackbar dismiss after a duration which should not be the default behavior. Furthermore, the snackbar doesn't have API to make it not expire after a certain duration.
