[Regression] [Android] Failed to swtich SystemUIMode from immersiveSticky to edgeToEdge in Flutter 3.44.0

Steps to reproduce

Call SystemChrome.setEnabledSystemUIMode(SystemUiMode.immersiveSticky)
Call SystemChrome.setEnabledSystemUIMode(SystemUiMode.edgeToEdge)

Expected results

SystemBar shows when calling SystemChrome.setEnabledSystemUIMode(SystemUiMode.edgeToEdge)

Actual results

SystemBar is still hidden when calling SystemChrome.setEnabledSystemUIMode(SystemUiMode.edgeToEdge)

Thanks for the report and the bisect against #183072.
Confirmed as a regression: the bug does not reproduce on Flutter 3.41.9 (switching from immersiveSticky back to edgeToEdge correctly restores the system bars) but does reproduce on 3.44

As a workaround, I've found you can restore edge-to-edge like this:

SystemChrome.setEnabledSystemUIMode( SystemUiMode.manual, overlays: SystemUiOverlay.values, ),

fix: 撤回上游自定义 MethodChannel 临时方案，改用 Flutter issue 中建议的 workaround
