https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/545920 reverted the Dart SDK change which caused this. The latest autoroller run includes this, and has passed this test: #192316
flutter/packages#12754 fixes the issue on the flutter/packages side. After the next Packages into Flutter roll pulls this into Flutter, the Dart SDK change should be able to be re-landed without breaking the Dart into Flutter roller.
