Enhancements to Docs for getting started #2124
Description
- explicitly show what "good to go, everything is green!" looks like, after
flutter doctor - explicitly tell the developer what to do when
flutter doctorfails for some reason (e.g. email our mailing list or open a bug with the output) - include a link to "how to install Atom" at bottom of Setup
- add Next Steps at end of Setup, pointing to Getting Started
- link to Setup from Homepage, under Getting Started
- iOS screenshot on Getting Started needs to show Slow Mode banner
