In the following, there is no wrapping of the option description.

> flutter help --wrap-column=80 --verbose | grep column
    --wrap-column              Sets the output wrap column. If not set, uses the width of the terminal. No wrapping occurs if not writing to a terminal. Use --no-wrap to turn off wrapping when connected to a terminal.

I was expecting option descriptions to be wrapped nicely to the specified column. So something like the following.

    --wrap-column              Sets the output wrap column. If not set, uses 
                               the width of the terminal. No wrapping occurs 
                               if not writing to a terminal. Use --no-wrap to 
                               turn off wrapping when connected to a terminal.

Nor does flutter help --wrap --wrap-column=80 --verbose | less work.

My environment is as follows.

    Based on the large number of build breakages and flakes in the last few weeks that I've had to investigate, there is a good chance my next few weeks will be similarly occupied. I'm tentatively pushing this to Q4 since there is a good chance I will not get to it in time.

    That does not look very easy to do with the args package. Filed dart-lang/core#55 since I think we will need something changed there before this can be fixed reasonably.

    @jonahwilliams if you have any suggestions on the API let me know.

    Still reproduces as of latest stable 3.0.4 and master 3.1.0, The terminal output takes up the entire width regardless of --wrap-column
