The root cause of this issue is that the last selection change does not send to the remote (engine).

How does it happen?
1, Input some chinese letters and end with a newline, we will receive remote TextEditingValue, and cache it at_receivedRemoteTextEditingValue, we assume receivedRemoteTextEditingValue = V1;
2, Tap the first line of the letters, change the selection of the localValue(V2), then try to update remote value by _updateRemoteEditingValueIfNeeded , the check if (localValue == _receivedRemoteTextEditingValue) return false and send the newValue to remote successed.Note that, _updateRemoteEditingValueIfNeeded still equal with V1 and the reomote selection of value was updated to V2.
3, Tap the second line of the letters, change the selection of the localValue (V3), this time the V3 == _receivedRemoteTextEditingValue (V1), then try to update remote value by _updateRemoteEditingValueIfNeeded failed.

Why does not happen with English IME?
This is because the IME will trigger setCommposingRegin() and update the EditableTextState in reverse when change the selection of TextEditingValue.

In summary, we need to fix the logic of void _updateRemoteEditingValueIfNeeded(). We cannot assume that every modification of selection will get a remote synchronous update.

Why does not happen with a single line?
This is because the API _textPainter.getPositionForOffset return a different affinity at the last section change.
It cause if (localValue == _receivedRemoteTextEditingValue) false and update remote value successed.
