It seems that #20766 only fixed the issue for ExpansionPanel - when I use voiceover on an ExpansionTile widget (on iOS), it only reads out the pre-expanded content (and doesn't give any hints to the user that the tile can be expanded/collapsed).

I can link the YAQS/Buganizer if that will help?

    Thanks for filing the issue, I can reproduce it, only pre-expanded content is announced with VoiceOver, doesn't say anything about expanding the tile.

    This issue is reproducible on the latest stable and master channels with sample code at #74963 (comment).

    On iOS, it doesn't announce any hint to guide user whilst it does on Android (Double tap to activate)
