Add cold boot launch option to flutter daemon #83471
Sometimes android based emulators need a full boot. The option to do so was added to the flutter CLI with #82647.
I mainly use the VS code extension (https://github.com/Dart-Code/Dart-Code) to handle flutter related tasks (for example launch emulators). To support cold boot lauching of emulators it would be necessary to support the cold boot launch over the JSON-RPC interface aswell since this extension uses it.
I think it would be a good idea to hold both interfaces (CLI, JSON-RPC) consistent and thus add the cold boot option there aswell.
Proposal
I would propose to add an optional boolean parameter to the JSON-RPC interface of the flutter daemon which would work as follows:
If parameter "coldboot" is present and set to "true", it will cold boot the android based emulator.
If parameter "coldboot" is present and set to "false", it will not cold boot the android based emulator.
If parameter "coldboot" is not present, it will not cold boot the android based emulator.
If the requested emulator instance is not of type android, it will be ignored silently.
