This pull request adds a new widget test to ensure that a Tab widget with a zero-sized area does not cause a crash. The crash occurs during the indicator painting, which is handled by the TabBar. I've suggested a revised test that correctly sets up the widget tree with a TabBar to properly test for the crash.
