Fixes the failure in Linux_mokey hybrid_android_views_integration_test caused by HCPP being enabled by default in #190623.

The hybrid_android_views integration test specifically verifies legacy Hybrid Composition view hierarchy behavior and expects FlutterImageViews to be present in the view tree. Since HCPP relies on SurfaceControl overlays on API 34+ rather than FlutterImageView, this test app needs to explicitly opt out of HCPP to continue testing the legacy HC mode as intended.

This pull request updates the AndroidManifest.xml files in the integration tests. It modifies a comment in the android_engine_test manifest and adds the io.flutter.embedding.android.EnableHcpp metadata flag set to false along with an explanatory comment in the hybrid_android_views manifest to prevent the injection of the default feature flag. Follow-up to #191894.

Like `hybrid_android_views` in #191894, several other test and benchmark
apps were designed to specifically exercise explicit Android platform
view modes (Texture Layer Hybrid Composition / TLHC, legacy Hybrid
Composition / HC, or Virtual Display):

* `dev/benchmarks/platform_views_layout`: Exercises Texture Layer Hybrid
Composition in `createAndroidTextureScrollPerfTest`. On API 34+ Impeller
Vulkan devices (such as `Linux_pixel_7pro
platform_views_scroll_perf_impeller__timeline_summary`), leaving the
manifest silent causes HCPP to be enabled by default from #190623,
turning this into an HCPP benchmark rather than testing TLHC under
Impeller. The companion `platform_views_hcpp_scroll_perf` test
dynamically injects `EnableHcpp = true` into the manifest and resets it
on completion.
* `dev/benchmarks/platform_views_layout_hybrid_composition`:
Specifically measures legacy Hybrid Composition scrolling performance
(`platform_views_scroll_perf_hybrid_composition`) via
`PlatformViewsService.initExpensiveAndroidView`.
* `dev/integration_tests/android_views`: Tests `MotionEvent`
forwarding/recomposition and Android `WindowManager` integrations with
standard `AndroidView` (TLHC).
* `dev/integration_tests/android_verified_input`: Verifies verifiable
motion events dispatched to a standard `AndroidView` (TLHC).

Since HCPP intercepts platform view creation requests on API 34+ when
enabled, these apps need to explicitly opt out of HCPP in their
manifests to continue testing and measuring their intended legacy
platform view modes.
