Code Review

This pull request removes the 'slider' semantics role entirely from the Flutter framework and engine. This includes removing the 'slider' value from the 'SemanticsRole' enums in Dart, C++, and Java, deleting the Android 'SliderRoleConfigurator' class and its build configuration, removing slider-specific semantic validation checks, and cleaning up all associated unit tests. I have no feedback to provide as there are no review comments.

Reverts flutter#193288

I reverted flutter#193288 because I was
told this PR was causing errors in g3 and i might need a g3 fix , but
then I reverted it and realized it didn't , It's just Github and G3's
source code being out-of-sync. now i'm trying to reland the same PR
