- The refresh indicator's arrowhead doesn't appear when the 'indeterminate progress' version of the indicator is being shown.
- The arrowhead's size scales up as the indicator is dragged into view.
- The RefreshIndicator location parameter controls where the indicator appears. By default it only appears at the top.
