This doesn't work

var tableConfig = {
  id: 'institution_data',
  schema: 'UNITID'
}
dataset.createTable(tableConfig, function(err, table, apiResponse) {})

This does

dataset.createTable('institution_data', {schema: 'UNITID'}, function (err, table, apiResponse) {})

First parameter should be table id.
