… to recordsets Add AllProjects and SudoTenantID fields to ListOpts, CreateOpts, UpdateOpts, and DeleteOpts, allowing admin users to enumerate and manage recordsets across projects via X-Auth-All-Projects header, and to impersonate a tenant via X-Auth-Sudo-Tenant-ID header. Follows the optional type assertion pattern established in the zones package. Delete uses a non-variadic DeleteOptsBuilder parameter for consistency with the rest of the codebase. Closes #3803
