Summary

After #1021 landed connected MATCH ... OPTIONAL MATCH ... RETURN, queries with WHERE predicates on the OPTIONAL MATCH are still rejected:

MATCH (a)-->(b)
WHERE b:B
OPTIONAL MATCH (a)-->(c)
WHERE c:C
RETURN a.name

Currently rejected because _is_connected_optional_match_query() guards against query.where is not None.
