Update direct Cypher string/typeconversion contract - #104

Summary

• Updates the direct-Cypher xfail contract for pygraphistry issue #1429.
• Moves the fixed toString([]) / toString({}) list-comprehension cases back to validation-safe xfails.
• Preserves string literal newlines while parsing CREATE fixtures and normalizes returned string row values with escaping.
• Promotes seven string/literal Direct-Cypher row cases from tracked wrong-row debt.
