Remove Raster#rows and Raster#cols #3

Activity
These are now lazy vals on Raster that take the values from rasterExtent. Given the immutability of the RasterExtent and the convenience of not having to dip into the rasterExtent property to get these values, I think this is an acceptable solution.

These are redundant with the cols/rows stored in RasterExtent.
If necessary we can write methods which call-through to RasterExtent, although ultimately we should just rewrite all uses to use the RasterExtent directly.
