Implement frozen modules support #736

Closed

Description

@pfalcon

From #258:

  1. If having a self-contained binary is consider a big boon, let's work towards having frozen modules a-la CPython, which are embedded into interpreter (first attempt in that direction was here: Added memzip filesystem support for teensy #147).

    CPy defines C-level struct to encode frozen modules: https://docs.python.org/3.4/c-api/import.html#c._frozen . But we apparently will be better off reusing dictionary.
