"WithProgress" notifications disappear after around 10 seconds #49044
Description
Progress notifications seem to disappear after around 10 seconds even if their promise is not completed or cancelled.
For example, put this in your extensions activate method:
vs.window.withProgress(
{ location: vs.ProgressLocation.Notification, title: "30 second task" },
(_) => new Promise((resolve) => setTimeout(resolve, 30000)),
);
The notification vanishes after around 10 seconds. I can't see anything in the docs to suggest this is deliberate (if so, it's very short for using on an external process that might be downloading something that you can't easily monitor).

Verify: while showing progress we do not remove the notification, but we do when the progress is done after a timeout.
