For microsoft/vscode-python-debugger#164. We need to figure out what we want to show in this view.

Things to think about:

  1. Should we add a button for current file. Should the button have the name of the file it will run (like Debug 'myscript.py').
  2. Should debugger feature be globally enabled via this UI. like justMyCode, or pathMappings etc. Feature settings like gevent, threading behavior, return values etc.

    As this is not being actively worked on atm I'm closing this spike and commenting this issue description in microsoft/vscode-python-debugger#164: microsoft/vscode-python-debugger#164.
