gitlineage.nvim runs every git call in the global cwd, so a buffer from
any other repo is reported as untracked. Replace the default <leader>gl
with a wrapper that lcd's to the file's repo root (the root specifically:
the plugin passes root-relative pathspecs, which git resolves against
cwd) before calling show_history, then restores the window's cwd state.

The restore uses a real window switch because nvim_win_call snapshots
the effective cwd and re-asserts it on exit with a global chdir, which
clobbers the global cwd if the callback ran :cd or :lcd.

Upstream knows (issue nvim-lua#1); the open PR nvim-lua#2 only adds -C git_root to two
calls and still derives git_root from cwd, so it fixes the
subdirectory-of-same-repo case but not the different-repo case. This
wrapper covers both and composes with that PR if it merges.

The first cut had this backwards: pages were batches of 20 whole stacks and
j/k moved between stacks, so a single call path was one unreadable line and
its individual locations were not reachable at all.

Now a page is one stack. The rows are that stack's frames, numbered gdb-style
with #0 innermost, so j/k walks the stack and the preview follows each frame:

  stack 2/5 — depth 4 — leaf <- mid_b <- top_2 <- main
    #0 leaf lib.c:18
    nvim-lua#1 mid_b lib.c:28 calls leaf
    nvim-lua#2 top_2 lib.c:38 calls mid_b
    nvim-lua#3 main lib.c:60 calls top_2

] / [ switch stacks. <CR> still sends the whole stack to the loclist and keeps
the picker open, but now lands on the frame that was selected, so picking a
frame and getting the whole backtrace are the same gesture.

<Tab> is gone -- it existed only to cycle which frame the preview showed, which
is what j/k now does natively. Rows carry filename and lnum so the standard
qflist previewer handles it, replacing the custom previewer.

set_title falls back to prompt_border when picker.layout is not yet populated.

tests/picker.lua is new: it drives the real picker under the real config and
checks that a page holds one stack's frames, that ] and [ switch stacks, and
that an indirect frame keeps its flag across a page change. Paging is invoked
through state.go rather than nvim_feedkeys, because telescope's prompt ignores
synthetic input under --headless; the keymaps are asserted to exist separately
so both halves are covered. 24 assertions in run.lua, 11 in picker.lua.
