Deadloop after quota adjustment #3601

Describe the bug
After upgrading to v8.0.x I noticed a bug when chaning the quota.
Steps to reproduce
- install opencloud v8.0
- create space with 100GB of quota
- put files in it
- change quota to 10GB
- check log.
- You will see: https://pastebin.com/raw/HpKqvxTP
A restart of opencloud normalizes it.
