Unable to report which CMS and version is running #60

Description

@wpbullet

What happened?

User: "which CMS and version am I running?"
Agent: "I had trouble understanding how to help. Could you rephrase your request?"

Thought process

Okay, the user is asking about the CMS and version they're running. Let me check the available tools. There's the core/get-site-info tool, which provides details like site name, tagline, URL, admin email, language, charset, and WordPress version. That's exactly what the user needs.

I should call core/get-site-info to fetch the details. The user might be troubleshooting issues like performance, security, or compatibility. Knowing the CMS version helps ensure they're using compatible plugins or themes. I'll execute the tool and present the results clearly.

What did you expect?

    Fixed in PR #102 — "which CMS and version am I running?" now correctly routes to core/get-site-info. Test case added and passing.
