fix: wpbullet ability selection regressions + 23 new test cases - #102

Add 23 regression test cases from wpbullet GitHub issues (#51–#96) to core-abilities.test.js, covering direct tool invocation, plugin activate/deactivate, CMS identity, update checks, db-optimize with specific tables, revision cleanup, and conversational error diagnosis. Fix 3 ability selection issues: - update-check: expand description and keywords to capture "outdated", "need to be updated", "out of date" queries - plugin-list: clarify description excludes update checking - System prompt (react-agent.js + runner.js): add core/ namespace example to prevent LLM from prefixing core/ tools with wp-agentic-admin/ Test suite: 43 → 66 cases, 97% pass rate (64/66, 2 flaky from LLM non-determinism).
